- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return or exchange must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (based on delivery confirmation).
2. Free Returns & Exchanges
- Our Error: If we shipped the wrong item or the book arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
- Customer Error or Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you’re responsible for the return shipping. No restocking fee will be charged.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process:
