Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Method:
We offer free USPS shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the USPS website.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window:
You may return or exchange items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., no longer needed, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
